Breakfast was great mainly things you could carry away cereal, fruit, pop tarts, and juice. There were a few hot options available as well. Especially enjoyed the free water bottles and cleanliness of the entire hotel. Check in was easy and staff is friendly.

This is a new facility in a newly constructed district at Ballantyne. Charlotte downtown is actually far from this place. we were in transit from Washington to Florida so one night stay in the hotel fully suited our purpose. Quite location, nice sleep and everything was new. Park my car just next to the entrance, the parking is big enough and I saw a multi storeys garage on the parking.

Great location, very quiet, very clean, friendly staff, good outdoor pool, hot breakfast, self cleaning elevator buttons, lots of parking, great shopping and restaurants around.

This is the only hotel I stay at when I'm in the area. I tried others in the area, but none compare. I also feel safe here. Most time, when I'm here, I meet Aimee. She's incredibly nice and always greets people with a smile. She's also very helpful. My room is always clean and comfortable.

The location was great. Very close to the highway as well as the restaurants. The area also was very safe. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Everything! Location, location. The hotel was clean. The staff were very welcoming. Plenty of parking. The check in process was seamless. The hotel room was great. Lots of amenities. Lots of towels. The bed truly cozy. The best part, the A/C was quiet. Easy access to major roads. Lots of choices for breakfast.
